Three Cooking Classes - Take One Class or All Three!

Saturday Afternoons in January from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at The Tarenbee in Tarentum

About the Classes

These are hands-on classes. You will learn how to make basic pasta dough, shapes of pasta, helpful tips, how to cook and store your pasta. You will take home what you made in class.

Class #1 – Saturday, January 6, 2024 (1:00-3:00): The Basics of Pasta – Learn how to make basic pasta dough, cuts of pasta, and the basics to build on.

Class #2 – Saturday, January 20, 2024 (1:00-3:00): Gnocchi Gnocchi - Back by popular demand. In this class you will learn how to make two different types of Gnocchi – Potato Gnocchi and Cheese Gnocchi. How to mix, how to roll, and how to store.

Class #3 – Saturday, January 27, 2024 (1:00-3:00): Ravioli - Always a favorite – The stuffed pasta!

Cost: $60 per class or $165 for all three
